Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various areas such as trigger point therapy, patient care, geriatrics, home community care, hospital settings, anatomy and physiology knowledge, outpatient services, and orthopedics.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide hands-on therapy and exercises for patients
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and progress
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals for comprehensive patient care
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
- Stay updated on the latest advancements in physical therapy practices
Requirements:
- Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and musculoskeletal conditions
- Experience working with diverse patient populations including geriatrics, pediatrics, and orthopedic cases
- Ability to provide effective care in various settings including outpatient clinics and hospitals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
