Schedule: 4–5 nights per week, 10:00 PM–6:00 or 7:00 AM

About the Role
A family in Miami is expecting their first baby boy in mid-January and is seeking an experienced Overnight Newborn Care Specialist to support them during the first several weeks at home. This temporary position is expected to last approximately 8 weeks and offers consistent overnight shifts.
The ideal caregiver is calm, dependable, and knowledgeable about newborn care, sleep routines, and supporting first-time parents. The family has a friendly Goldendoodle, so comfort around dogs is required. Candidates must be current on MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations.
Responsibilities
- Provide overnight care, including feeding, changing, burping, and soothing
- Prepare and clean bottles
- Monitor the newborn throughout the night
- Support healthy sleep habits and routines
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Share updates and observations with parents
- Offer guidance and reassurance during the newborn phase
Requirements
- At least 2 years of newborn care or NCS experience
- Knowledge of newborn sleep routines and best practices
- Current MMR, Tdap, and flu vaccinations
- Comfortable working 4–5 overnight shifts per week
- Comfortable with dogs (family has a Goldendoodle)
- Reliable, patient, and able to work independently overnight
