Now Hiring: Babysitters & Caregivers – Concord, NC

TLC Family Care is looking for dependable babysitters and occasional senior caregivers to support families in Concord and nearby areas. Provide safe, engaging care—and get paid weekly.

Schedule: Weekday availability is required (Monday–Friday, between 7 AM – 7 PM). Shifts typically average 8 hours per day, with a minimum commitment of 3 days per week.

Pay & Benefits

• $17–$19/hr based on experience and care provided

Requirements

• 1 year childcare or caregiving experience (with 2 references)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Commitment of at least 3 months
