We're Hiring Babysitters & Caregivers in Austin, TX and Nearby Counties!
(Serving Travis, Williamson, and Hays Counties)

TLC for Kids is looking for caring, dependable babysitters and caregivers to support families throughout Austin and the surrounding areas. From creating fun, engaging moments with kids to giving parents peace of mind, the care you provide makes a real difference every day.
Your Responsibilities
- Ensure Safety – Keep children safe, engaged, and happy.
- Create Fun Experiences – Plan enjoyable, age-appropriate activities.
- Daily Support – Assist with meals, naps, diaper changes, and routines.
- Communicate with Parents – Provide updates and maintain open communication.
- Stay Organized – Keep play areas clean and orderly.
What We’re Looking For
- Childcare Experience – At least 1 year of experience (babysitting, nannying, daycare, etc.) with two references.
- Reliable Transportation – Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
- CPR & First Aid Certification – Or willingness to become certified before your start date.
- Strong Communication Skills – Ability to keep families informed and reassured.
- Commitment – Availability for a minimum of three months.
