Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Certified Veterinary Technician at our Plymouth, MN, location. The Certified Veterinary Technician will be responsible for assisting in the care and treatment of cats, performing clinical procedures, monitoring anesthesia, and educating pet owners on proper feline care. Other responsibilities include ensuring the clinic operates efficiently, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting the veterinary team in delivering exceptional patient care.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Animal Care and Veterinary Technology
- Proficiency in Anesthesiology and monitoring during procedures
- Experience with Pet Care and ensuring the comfort and well-being of feline patients
- Ability to provide Client Education on feline health, wellness, and preventive care practices
- Certified Veterinary Technician credentials are preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Previous experience in a feline-focused or small animal practice is a plus
- Detail-oriented and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
