We’re looking for a dedicated Caregiver with a relevant Dementia Care Training & Experience to join our
Responsibilities:
Provide personal care and assistance with daily activities as needed.
Ensure the safety and well-being of the individual(s) under your care.
Assist with medication reminders and administration as directed.
Prepare meals and assist with feeding if necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized living environment.
Engage in meaningful activities and companionship with the individual(s).
Communicate effectively with the client and family members and healthcare professionals as needed.
Requirements:
Relevant caregiving & dementia care certification is a plus
Experience working in a residential care is a plus
Experience in dementia care and understanding of the associated challenges
Passion for providing care and support to others.
Excellent attendance record and reliability in fulfilling duties.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Has vehicle, valid driver's license and clean driving record (if applicable).
CPR and First Aid certification (preferred).
Must be eligible to work in Fairbanks, Alaska.
