$160.00 per square when contractor brings their own lead. Performance bonus available for exceptional volume at Owner’s discretion
OSHA 10/30 certification preferred.

TLA Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC is actively onboarding professional, fully equipped, and certified 1099 independent roofing contractor crews for immediate installations across Bastrop, Smithville, Austin, and Elgin [3B3WFx4nAEw, ProAdvocate Group PM...]. We provide materials delivered to the site; you provide the elite installation labor [ProAdvocate Group PM...].Compensation & Terms:
- Flat Rate: $140.00 per square (Residential shingles/metal scope) [3B3WFx4nAEw].
- Reliable Payouts: Paid via direct corporate Check or ACH Transfer within 48 hours of a passed final municipal project walkthrough. No cash.
- Requirements: Active Form W-9 and General Liability Insurance ($1,000,000 / $2,000,000 limits) naming TLA Roofing & Sheet Metal LLC as an Additional Insured [ProAdvocate Group PM...]. Crews must have their own professional tools, safety harnesses, ladders, and crew transportation.
