Entry-Level Estimator / Project Manager
We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level Estimator / Project Manager with a college degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. This role supports estimating, project planning, scheduling, and coordination with field teams and subcontractors.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with cost estimates, bid preparation, and quantity takeoffs
- Support project planning, scheduling, and documentation
- Invoice Approvals
- Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams
- Track project costs, RFIs, submittals, and change orders
- Assist with site visits and project reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, Civil Engineering, Business, or related field.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and basic construction software (Bluebeam, Procore, or similar preferred).

- Must possess a strong work ethic and good problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to comply with all company policies, rules, procedures, and Code of Conduct.
- Must be able to work independently or in a team setting.
- 21 years of age
- Must pass a pre-employment drug and/or alcohol test.
- Will also be subject to a criminal history background check.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.
