Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to help us grow a new service offering at TL Professional Services. We are looking for someone who wants to get in at the ground level and become the lead cleaner, team leader and eventually cleaning supervisor. The ideal candidate will have a passion for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential settings. This role requires a commitment to providing exceptional service while ensuring that homes are kept in pristine condition. The House Cleaner will be responsible for various cleaning tasks, ensuring high standards of sanitation and customer satisfaction.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Manage laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothes.
- Execute floor care tasks such as carpet cleaning and hard surface maintenance.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during each visit.
- Maintain cleanliness in kitchens and bathrooms, ensuring all areas are sanitized effectively.
- Assist with cooking tasks as needed, preparing meals according to client specifications.
- Utilize appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment to ensure efficiency and safety.
- Keep accurate records of cleaning tasks completed and any supplies used or needed.
- Collaborate with team members to uphold the highest standards of cleanliness across all properties serviced.
Requirements
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or custodial roles is preferred; hotel or commercial cleaning experience is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to follow specific instructions for each cleaning task.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
- Knowledge of sanitation practices and proper use of cleaning products and equipment.
- Ability to manage time effectively and work independently or as part of a team.
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
