Key Responsibilities
- Craft short-form video content for WWE’s digital, social, and broadcast platforms.
- Edit in Avid Media Composer within Interplay environments, adhering to established project workflows.
- Bring a bespoke, intentional style to each edit—tailoring tone, pacing, and sound design to the story being told.
- Collaborate closely with producers, directors, and graphic artists from concept through delivery.
- Work with music supervisors and creative leads to source and sync stock music libraries that enhances emotional resonance.
- Maintain high standards for visual storytelling, sound, and finish quality.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines while staying creatively inspired.
- 3–5 years of professional editing, or AE experience in TV, film, or digital media.
- Proficient in Avid Media Composer and comfortable in Interplay environments.
- Strong editorial sensibility with a track record of distinct, stylistic work—must provide a demo reel or portfolio.
- Deep understanding of post-production workflows, asset management, and file-based media.
- A love of music and its role in storytelling; skilled at pairing visuals and sound for maximum impact.
- Comfortable taking feedback and working collaboratively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Passion for editing is essential—experience in sports is not required.
- Experience in documentary, narrative television, or music-driven content.
- Knowledge of color correction, sound mixing, and motion graphics is a plus (but not required).
- Fan of WWE or open to learning about the brand’s storytelling ethos.
