Job Description
The Role and What You’ll Do:
To assist in reviewing and processing Employee Payroll both Domestically & Internationally for all TKO Entities. To work as a team player on projects and implementing efficiencies across companies.
- Review and ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payrolls (/bi-weekly/semimonthly/monthly)
- Work with offshore team in managing various payroll tasks
- Process International Payrolls
- Assist in special requests and projects
- Process bonus and equity transactions through payroll
- Collaborate with the business to ensure timeliness of timecard submission and answer any timecards inquires
- Maintain interface from Workday to ADP
- Keep ADP up to date with new hires, terminations, and changes
- Prepare payroll reports for management and auditors
- Partner with ADP to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations
- Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll discrepancies
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure payroll is accurate
- Maintain SOX payroll controls through reconciliations, approvals, documentation and audit support.
You Have These:
- MUST HAVE 3-5 years’ experience in payroll
- MUST HAVE experience with ADP (Workforce Now)
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Ability to identify and resolve payroll issues
- Basic knowledge of local and federal labor laws and regulations related to payroll
- International payroll experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong ability to analyze data and identify discrepancies
- Proficient in Excel
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
