Job Overview
TKO StaffPros, LLC is seeking skilled and motivated Electricians to join our growing team. The ideal candidates will have experience working in industrial and commercial environments and be committed to delivering high-quality electrical work in a safe and efficient manner. Electrical Helpers with foundational knowledge and a strong desire to learn are also encouraged to apply.
Pay Rate: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour (based on experience)
Key Responsibilities
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and equipment in industrial and commercial settings
- Safely and effectively use hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing equipment
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings
- Assist with low- and high-voltage electrical installations (helpers under licensed electrician supervision)
- Test electrical systems using ohmmeters and other diagnostic tools to ensure proper functionality
- Perform conduit bending and installation as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Adhere to NEC standards, safety regulations, and company policies
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time and to quality standards
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an industrial or commercial electrician
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and electrical testing devices
- Strong knowledge of low- and high-voltage systems and NEC regulations
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documentation
- Demonstrated ability to bend conduit accurately
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with a strong commitment to safety
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
Experience Requirements
- Journeyman Electrician: Minimum of 3 years' experience (required)
Additional Requirements
- Must be able to reliably commute to Tupelo, MS, and travel to various job sites as needed
