What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scale Operator position at TKO StaffPros LLC?
We are currently looking for a Scale Clerk/Forklift Driver for a local scrap yard in Selmer, Tn.
Weighing incoming and outgoing trucks.
- Communicating over CB Radio & handheld two way radio.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision.
- Ability to work some weekend hours.
- Ensuring trucks are within weight restrictions.
- Metal sorting at the pick belt
- Ground clean up and shoveling
- Watch for jams on belts and other issues
- Driving yard trucks (no license required
- Skid steer work
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
Experience:
- Shipping & receiving: 1 year (Preferred)
- Forklift: 1 year (Preferred)
