Residential Maintenance Technician – Tupelo, MS
Pay: $15.00 per hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Hours: 40 hours per week
We are currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Residential Maintenance Technician to join our team in Tupelo, MS. This position is responsible for maintaining residential properties and assisting with a variety of maintenance and groundskeeping tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
- Perform general residential maintenance and repair work
- Maintain property grounds, including mowing, trimming, edging, and other landscaping duties
- Operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
- Complete routine property inspections and address maintenance needs
- Assist with basic repairs and upkeep to ensure properties remain in good condition
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous landscaping experience and experience operating lawn care equipment
- Basic knowledge of residential maintenance practices
- Experience with plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems is a strong plus
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely
- Reliable transportation and strong attendance record
- Ability to lift, carry, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
