Key Responsibilities
Strategic Client Leadership (External Focus – ~50%)
- Serve as strategic lead on high-priority accounts and major campaigns.
- Facilitate discovery, audience segmentation, messaging frameworks, and channel approach recommendations.
- Present strategy clearly and confidently to client stakeholders, including C-suite audiences.
- Partner with Account Directors to drive quarterly and annual planning.
- Ensure strategy ties directly to client business growth (pipeline, conversions, revenue, retention).
Internal Strategic Guidance (Internal Focus – ~50%)
- Develop strategic playbooks, frameworks, and briefing methodologies used across the agency.
- Coach Account Directors, Creative Leads, Analysts, and Strategists on strategic thinking.
- Conduct strategy reviews to ensure campaign work ladders up to the core business objectives.
- Lead internal planning meetings, brainstorms, and performance review discussions.
- Partner with Creative and Performance leads to maintain alignment through execution and optimization.⸻New Business & Growth
- Collaborate with Business Development team to shape winning pitch strategies and proposal narratives.
- Identify opportunities to expand scope or introduce new services within existing accounts.
- Contribute strategic thought leadership for marketing content, webinars, events, or case studies.

Qualifications
- 7–12 years in digital, brand, or integrated marketing strategy; agency experience strongly preferred.
- Proven expertise connecting business goals to measurable marketing outcomes (not just tactics).
- Strong fluency in core digital channels (paid media, social, SEO, content, web, CRM).
- Excellent communicator who can make the complex simple and compelling.
- Experience mentoring cross-functional teams and influencing without positional authority.
- Confident in facilitating workshops and leading client executive conversations.
