Maintenance Manager

The ideal candidate will have maintenance leadership experience (10 direct reports) and working knowledge of engineering principles including basic electrical, mechanical, hydraulic and pneumatic systems.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, coordinate and document preventive maintenance activities for all machines
• Establish and maintain inventory levels for critical wear and spare part
• Escalate any problems early and schedule repairs in order to minimize loss to busines
• Conduct regular assessments and trainings to ensure safety of employee
• Train, mentor, supervise and support the development of hourly maintenance personne

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in Engineering, Industrial Maintenance or related field preferred
• 3-5 years supervisory experience with heavy machinery, high volume production lines or related fields
• Strong critical thinking and organizational skills
• Ability to identify and solve inefficiencies in processes
• Good computer skills, basic MS Office Products, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
