We are seeking a responsible, bilingual Spanish-speaking Resident Manager for a 24-unit residential community in Grass Valley, California. This on-site role is ideal for someone who is organized, personable, and comfortable handling day-to-day property operations while providing excellent support to residents and property management company.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the on-site point of contact for residents
- Assist with leasing, tenant communication, and property showings
- Coordinate maintenance requests and vendor access
- Perform light property upkeep and inspections
- Enforce community rules and maintain a positive living environment
- Communicate effectively with tenants, owners, and management
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
- Bilingual in Spanish and English (conversational proficiency required)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to handle basic administrative duties
- Responsible, dependable, and able to problem-solve independently
- Previous property management or customer service experience a plus but not required
- Must be able to live on-site
Compensation
- Discounted rent for on-site housing
- Hourly pay for completed property management tasks
- Position start is 1/1/2026
