What You'll Do

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide patient-centered nursing care in accordance with established nursing standards, policies, and procedures.

Responsibilities include:

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor and assess patient conditions
• Respond to medical concerns and emergencies
• Assist with intake screenings and routine nursing care
• Maintain accurate medical documentation
• Collaborate with providers and nursing staff to ensure continuity of care
• Promote quality patient outcomes through compassionate care

Qualifications

• Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Strong communication and assessment skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• New graduates encouraged to apply
