Position Summary
TK Health Clinics is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to serve as the Health Services Administrator (HSA) at the Kay County Jail. In this leadership role, the HSA oversees daily medical operations, manages nursing staff, ensures regulatory compliance, and serves as the primary liaison between facility leadership and TK Health's regional team.
This position is ideal for a clinically strong RN with proven leadership skills who is motivated to make a meaningful impact in a correctional healthcare setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct, supervise, and coordinate all nursing services and health services administration
- Manage staffing functions including scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and staff development
- Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, accreditation, and TK Health standards
- Monitor quality assurance and performance improvement metrics and lead continuous improvement initiatives
- Collaborate closely with custody leadership to promote safe, effective, and efficient patient care
- Serve as the primary point of contact between facility leadership and TK Health regional administration
Qualifications
- Current, valid, and unrestricted Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Correctional healthcare or leadership experience preferred
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to pass a comprehensive background check

Required Qualifications
- Valid, unrestricted Oklahoma or multi-state RN license
- Minimum 2 years of nursing supervisory experience
- 1 year of correctional or secure-facility experience (preferred)
- Current CPR certification
- Ability to pass comprehensive background screening
