TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Inspection Coordinator in Northern New Jersey, NJ
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Provide administrative support for the department
- Coordinate inspections between customers, 3rd party inspection companies, managers and mechanics
- Customer follow ups and customer inquiries
- Marketplace – request PO’s
- Bill customers for inspections and coordination fees
- Responsibilities to include coordination and scheduling of code requires inspections
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum H.S. Diploma or equivalent
- 4-yr. college degree preferred
- Needs to be organized, reliable, work well in small team
- Good phone/communication skills
