TK Elevator is currently seeking an experienced Inside Sales Coordinator in Tacoma, WA.

Responsible for communicating and coordinating state code compliance, including sales through billing.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:

• Generates proposals for code compliance and state work.
• Coordinates work with branch service superintendent, repair manager, and service technician.
• Communicates with customers and colleagues to ensure smooth project management.
• Processes all preliminary orders and records progress of work.
• Sends letters of compliance upon completion and files accordingly.
• Researches and responds to all inquiries regarding permits, preliminary orders and testing. Pulls permits and schedules vendors.
• Follows up with customer prior to billing.
• Performs other duties as may be assigned.
  
  

Who we are looking for

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• System Database knowledge preferred.

Salary range: $27.00- $35.00 per hour with an annual bonus program of 0% - 8%.
