We are hiring a dependable, self-motivated individual to operate an established snack and food distribution route with existing customers and recurring weekly sales.

This is not a cold-calling or door-to-door sales position, and you are not starting from zero.

You will take over an existing territory with established chain stores, convenience stores, gas stations, and other accounts that already purchase product regularly.

Your responsibility is to take care of those customers, keep the route operating properly, and grow the territory when opportunities arise.

Compensation & Earnings

Earn 14% commission on route sales across all product lines and accounts.

There is no complicated commission structure based on store type or product line. As your route sales grow, your commission grows.

Typical weekly earnings after normal route fuel and stale-product expenses: approximately $850–$950, with significant room for upside as the route grows.

The route already has recurring sales. You do not have to go out and build a customer base from scratch to earn income.

There are also opportunities to increase your earnings by growing sales within existing accounts and adding profitable new accounts.

Earnings vary based on weekly sales, fuel costs, stale/expired product, and route performance. Typical earnings shown are after normal route fuel and stale-product expenses and before personal taxes and any other applicable independent-contractor expenses.

Cargo Trailer Provided

A cargo trailer is provided for operation of the route, so you do not need to purchase your own trailer to get started.

Independence — No Micromanaging

This position is designed for someone who wants to take ownership of an established territory and work independently.

You will have required store-service frequencies and route standards, but we are not interested in micromanaging your day.

As long as stores are serviced properly and on schedule, customers are taken care of, inventory and payments are handled accurately, and route standards are maintained, you will have the independence to manage your route efficiently.

We care about results, reliability, and customer service—not watching the clock.

What You'll Do

• Deliver products to established customers
• Stock, merchandise, and rotate products
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels
• Process orders and invoices
• Keep stores serviced according to their required frequency
• Maintain relationships with store managers and owners
• Manage route inventory and applicable payments
• Control stale/expired product through proper ordering and rotation
• Identify opportunities to increase sales at existing accounts
• Add profitable new accounts when opportunities are available

Independent Contractor Position

This is an independent contractor route position.

The contractor is responsible for route fuel and applicable stale/expired product expenses. Because proper ordering, rotation, and inventory management can directly affect stale product, strong route management can also improve your take-home earnings.
