Job Title: Operations Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Operations Manager to oversee our daily functions and ensure the smooth operation of our office and team. Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily office activities to ensure all processes run efficiently and effectively.
- Oversee administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and maintaining precise records.
- Assist in the hiring process of new or potential candidates.
- Supervise all staff members and their schedules.
- Use ADP to ensure accurate payroll processing and timely compensation for staff.
- Rapport building with exsisting and future clients
Required Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in a management role.
- Strong clerical skills with a keen eye for detail to ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Proficient in front desk operations and adept at maintaining excellent phone etiquette.
- Ability to manage calendars effectively, prioritizing tasks as needed.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
- Familiarity with accounting software is a plus.
