Job design:
· Cleaning Commercial Offices in Belpre/Vienna, WV/Mineral Wells WV Areas.
· Essential education: High School Diploma.
· Labor conditions: daily tasks will involve bending, lifting, walking/standing, and twisting.
· Must have valid Driver’s License and Automobile.
· Must have Janitorial Experience and able to work alone without supervision.
· Must be able to pass Drug Testing when required.
· Essential skills: ability to convey, receive and understand information to and from co-workers, supervisors and customers, Ability to learn rapidly and adapt quickly to changing situations, productive - makes effective use of time, quality - ability to accurately and thoroughly perform work assignments on a consistent basis, responsibility - ability to accept and understand the accountabilities of the position, time management - ability to effectively allocate time to priority activities. May be requested to fill in when other workers are absent.
· General Cleaning: Cleaning Surfaces, Exam Rooms, Bathrooms, Kitchen/Break Rooms, Lobby, Sweeping and Mopping of Floors, Removing Trash to Dumpsters, etc.
· Starting Wages for all Position’s, is $12.00-$13.00 per hour based upon experience.
Pay: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 17.0 per week
Work Location: On the road
