Monday - Friday 9:00AM - 6:00PM

Responsibilities:
Essential Job Functions:
Processes payroll using Kronos and Oracle Time & Attendance system.
Maintainsaccuraterecords and personnel files.
Assistssupervisors with associate relations issues; specifically answering HR related questions and interpretations
Ifmulti-languagespeaker;applybilingualskills to translate employee communications and interpretas needed.
Serves as back-up to the Receptionist and cross-trained to handle benefits andworker'scompensation tasks.
CoordinatesLeave ofAbsences; Personal, Medical, FMLA.
Conducts Benefit Orientations and 401Korientations.
Acts as liaison between Associates and external supportgroups;assistsAssociates in securing theappropriate support.
Maintains I-9 records and supports compliancewithfederal lawsregardingrecordkeeping requirements.
Other duties mayalsobe assigned.
MinimumRequirements:
Computer proficient, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Intercommunication skills.
Customer Service Driven.
Validated organization,time-management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle confidential data.
Flexible and adaptable to change.
Reliable and diligent with a history of work presence.
