What You'll Do• Lead all estimating operations for heavy civil and site development projects
• Review plans, specifications, and bid documents
• Develop competitive, accurate estimates and proposals
• Coordinate with project management, operations, and company leadership
• Build relationships with owners, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Help improve estimating systems, workflows, and best practices
• Mentor and support the estimating team
What We're Looking For✔ Extensive estimating experience in heavy civil construction, sitework, utilities, grading, and excavation
✔ Strong leadership and communication skills
✔ Experience managing multiple pursuits and deadlines
✔ Knowledge of construction means and methods
✔ Experience with estimating software such as HCSS HeavyBid (preferred)
