Bartender (Part-Time / Potential Full-Time)
TJs Family Restaurant & Sports Bar – Creswell, OR
TJs Family Restaurant & Sports Bar is looking for an experienced bartender to join our team! This position starts part-time with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role. Most shifts are evenings and nights.
We’re seeking someone who is dependable, organized, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while delivering outstanding customer service. The ideal candidate works well with a team, maintains professionalism under pressure, and brings a positive attitude to every shift.
Responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service in a high-volume bar environment
- Prepare and serve beverages accurately and efficiently
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar area
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and management
- Handle cash transactions and assist with Oregon Lottery operations as needed
Qualifications
- Current OLCC Permit and Oregon Food Handler Card required
- Minimum 2 years of bartending and/or serving experience
- Oregon Lottery experience preferred
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Ability to work efficiently with urgency and attention to detail
- Must be available nights and weekends
