Role Description
This is a part-time, 3 month remote role as an L/S Equities Analyst Spring Intern. The intern will be responsible for conducting detailed research on public companies, performing financial modeling, analyzing investment trends, and preparing investment theses. Additional tasks include monitoring market developments, evaluating equities across various sectors, and contributing to investment decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Strong Analytical Skills with the ability to assess complex data and derive actionable insights
- Knowledge and interest in Investments, Equities, and Financial Markets
- Proficiency in Financial Modeling and a solid understanding of Finance principles
- Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and quantitative skills
- Effective written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate with a team
- Pursuit of or recent completion of a degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field is preferred
- Ability to work 10-20 hours a week
Compensation
- $3,000 stipend to be paid out at the end of the 3 month internship.
