The Role

As a Production Line Leader, you’ll oversee daily packaging line operations, ensuring that products are manufactured efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. You’ll coordinate workflows, support training for production associates, and maintain accurate packaging documentation—all while fostering a collaborative, high-performance environment.

This role serves as a bridge between production teams and management, ensuring clear communication, smooth operations, and full compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

You review schedules, prep your line, and lead your team through each run, keeping operations efficient, compliant, and on target.

Throughout the shift, you’re the go-to person on the floor — troubleshooting small issues before they become big ones, coaching associates to reach their potential, and ensuring every product that leaves your line meets our exacting standards. Your leadership keeps things moving smoothly, safely, and with precision.

What You’ll Do

⚙️ Line Operations & Oversight

• Oversee daily activities on the packaging line to ensure safety, quality, and efficiency.

• Verify adherence to all packaging specifications and GMP requirements.

• Support smooth handoffs between shifts and maintain open communication across teams.

👥 Training & Team Development

• Train and mentor packagers to perform tasks safely and effectively.

• Provide real-time feedback and support to improve team performance.

• Promote teamwork, accountability, and adherence to production goals.

📋 Documentation & Compliance

• Complete all packaging-related forms and documentation accurately and on time.

• Collaborate with Quality Assurance to resolve non-conformances or deviations.

• Ensure production data is recorded in compliance with company and regulatory requirements.

What We’re Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.

• Prior leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or packaging environment.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.

• Ability to identify and resolve operational challenges quickly and effectively.

• Comfortable working on your feet for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bending, crouching, or climbing stairs.
