Parts Counter Assistant

Shine Bros. Corp. is seeking a Parts Counter Assistant for Grab & Go facility Starting at $17.00-18.75 per hour

Hours:

Wed-Friday 8:30 - 5:00

Saturday 7:30- 5:00

Sunday 10:00- 5:00

Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills; and customer service
• Ability to assist customers
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record;
• Prior parts experience and/or mechanical background;
• Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, proportions, and percentages;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office programs (Including Outlook, Excel & Word);
• Strong attention to detail and capable of working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment; and
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and set deadlines to meet goals.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Locate and acquire parts, materials, and supplies needed for equipment repairs
• Answer phone calls, obtain price quotes and other information for customers
• Maintain parts and supply inventory using physical and electronic records and files;
• Pick up parts order or arrange for delivery;
• Receive deliveries, verify accuracy of shipments and inspect for damage and defects;
• Maintain a positive working relationship with vendors and shop personnel;
• Other duties as assigned.
