Position Description:
TJM Communications, Inc., a lifestyle public relations firm specializing in travel/hospitality/ food and wine is seeking a motivated Account Executive/Senior Account Executive to join our team. This role will be responsible for developing and executing public relations strategies, managing media and influencers relations and developing media material. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and go-getter with strong interpersonal and strategic thinking skills; has a passion for media relations and a track record of strong media relations performance. This position is full-time contract with the possibility of becoming a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute PR strategies
* Write and distribute press releases and other media materials
* Cultivate and maintain media/influencer relationships
* Manage media/influencer inquiries and liaise on behalf of clients
* Proactively pitch and secure relevant media coverage
* Assist/manage media events and activations
* Manage a portfolio of PR clients
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in public relations, communications, or a related field
· Proven experience (3-5 years) in PR
· Strong writing, editing and communications abilities
· Proficiency in PR research platforms, monitoring and reporting tools
· Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
· Strong creative thinking and problem-solving skills
· Travel/hospitality experience preferred
