Duties
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers using CRM software and marketing lists
- Engage with leads through warm calling and follow-up calls to nurture interest in solar energy solutions
- Effectively communicate the benefits of solar energy and address customer inquiries with professionalism
- Negotiate appointment times that align with both the customer’s availability and company scheduling needs
- Utilize Salesforce or other CRM tools to log interactions, update lead information, and track progress
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure smooth transition from appointment setting to technical consultation
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout all interactions, ensuring positive experiences
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on product offerings, sales techniques, and industry trends
Experience
- Proven experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or B2B sales preferred
- Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to handle objections effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Experience in technology sales or technical sales is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to develop business through outbound calling and marketing strategies
- Prior experience in customer service or business development roles will be advantageous
