Job Description:
TJD Sports Academy runs adaptive sports classes for athletes with special needs. Our programs are built around patience, structure, and fun. We focus on movement, coordination, and skill development in a safe, supportive environment. Coaches play a huge role in helping athletes build confidence and enjoy sports at their own pace.

Responsibilities:
- Lead by example, communicate clearly, and bring positive energy
- Engage with athletes and families to create a welcoming environment
- Support athletes’ individual goals and help them progress at their pace
- Build confidence through patience, encouragement, and positive feedback
- Help athletes develop social, emotional, and life skills
- Keep sessions structured, safe, and fun while monitoring progress

Qualifications:
- Passion for working with athletes who have special needs
- Experience in adaptive PE, coaching, special education, ABA, or related fields is preferred
- Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
- Patient, positive, and reliable
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of coaching or working with special-needs populations
- Must provide professional references and proof of experience
