Mechanical/Electrical Assembler

Job Overview
We are seeking a General Laborer to join our growing manufacturing team in North Ridgeville, Ohio. This position offers hands-on training in mechanical and electrical assembly, making it an excellent opportunity for individuals with mechanical aptitude who want to build long-term skills in manufacturing and assembly.

Duties

• Perform mechanical and basic electrical assembly of components and subassemblies
• Read and follow work instructions, diagrams, and assembly prints
• Use hand tools and basic power tools (training provided)
• Assist with wiring, fastening, fitting, and component installation
• Inspect assembled parts for quality and accuracy
• Package and prepare products for shipment, including box building when required.
• Ensure products are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
• Follow all safety, quality, and production procedures
• Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training a plus
• Mechanical aptitude or assembly experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed instructions
• Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to stand for an 8-hour shift
• Must be able to pass a background check

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
