Established Custom Home Builder in Blaine is looking for a talented and detail-oriented Residential Drafter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience using Auto Cad and Chief Architect software. Additional experience with drafting software systems is accepted
Responsibilities:
- Create and revise residential floor plans and construction drawings.
- Prepare detailed drawings for new home construction.
- Make design changes and updates based on customer and builder needs.
- Ensure drawings are accurate, detailed, and meet applicable building codes.
- Maintain organized plans and revisions.
Hourly rate will be based on experience.
Full time in-person position Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 4:00 pm. Health insurance & 401k match, PTO.
