We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Cooks/ Prep Cooks to join our team! Duties
- Prepare ingredients by washing, chopping, and measuring for various menu items
- Assist in assembling and plating dishes according to established recipes and standards
- Support the kitchen team with cooking tasks, including basic food preparation and cooking techniques
- Ensure all food handling practices adhere to safety and sanitation guidelines
- Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment throughout shifts
- Serve food efficiently while maintaining high standards of presentation and quality
Skills
- Strong knowledge of menu planning and meal preparation techniques
- Proficiency in food handling, safety protocols, and sanitation standards
- Culinary experience including knife skills, cooking methods, and food industry knowledge
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Experience with food service operations, restaurant environments is desirable
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
