Body Shop Technician
TJ’s Auto & Collision Center | Wisconsin Rapids, WI
Hiring Bonus: We’re offering a $1,500 hiring bonus — $750 paid at hire and an additional $750 after the successful completion of your 6-month performance review.
Weekly Schedule:
Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:30pm No weekends!
Average Day:
- Disassemble and reassemble vehicles for inspection and repair
- Perform bodywork and refinishing, including sanding, masking, color mixing, spray booth operation, primers, sealers, and clear coats
- Match OEM color, adhesion, and finish standards
- Complete light mechanical repairs related to collision damage
- Accurately review and follow repair estimate
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year of collision repair experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver’s license
- Experience with frame and measuring equipment
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
Preferred but not required:
- ASE and/or I-CAR certifications
