Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

We’re looking for a driven, hands-on Parts-Puller / Dismantler who thrives in a fast-paced automotive environment. This isn’t just another warehouse job — this is where precision meets horsepower.
Primary Role – Parts Puller:
You’ll accurately locate, identify, and safely remove parts based on sales or work orders. Quality matters here. Every part must meet our standards before it leaves your hands. You’ll inspect, test, package, and prepare parts for delivery via company truck, UPS, LTL, and more.
Secondary Role – Dismantler:
You’ll skillfully dismantle vehicles to recover high-quality parts and usable core components. Tagging, organizing, and storing inventory correctly in the warehouse and yard is key to keeping operations running smoothly.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Safely pull parts per work order
- Inspect and test parts for quality assurance
- Notify Parts Manager of any defects
- Package parts securely for shipment
- Keep inventory areas clean and organized
As Needed
- Perform weekly maintenance on loader and forklift
- Maintain property and yard cleanliness per DNR standards
- Assist with general property and equipment upkeep
Required:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable bending, standing, and kneeling for extended periods
- High school diploma or GED
- Most of your own mechanical tools
Preferred:
- Valid driver’s license
