- Provide exceptional customer service by listening actively, understanding client needs, and offering clear solutions.
- Enter data precisely into the company’s computer systems, ensuring all information is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times, demonstrating empathy and patience with callers.

Qualifications
