Duties
- Assist with the preparation of construction sites, including unloading materials and setting up work areas
- Carry out manual labor such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving construction materials and tools
- Support skilled workers by holding, measuring, and aligning materials as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment by disposing of debris and securing tools and equipment
- Follow safety protocols diligently to ensure a safe workplace for all team members
- Operate basic power tools under supervision and report any equipment issues promptly
- Help with site cleanup at the end of each workday to ensure readiness for the next phase of construction
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks in various weather conditions
