Job Requirements:
- Previous experience working with a commercial flat-top grill preferred.
- Experienced in cooking fried rice, meats, vegetables, eggs, and other items on a flat-top grill.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining consistent food quality.
- Strong understanding of heat control, cooking time, seasoning, and portion control.
- Able to handle multiple orders at the same time and prioritize tickets efficiently.
- Must be organized, focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Able to follow recipes, cooking procedures, and food quality standards consistently.
- Must maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary cooking station.
- Knowledge of food safety and proper food handling.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and responsible.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment.
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Operate the POS system and process cash and credit card payments.
- Prepare and organize orders for pickup and takeout.
- Check orders for accuracy before handing them to customers.
- Communicate clearly with kitchen staff to ensure smooth and timely service.
- Provide friendly and professional customer service.
- Keep the front counter and customer area clean and organized.
- Able to work quickly and efficiently in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
