The Role
We’re looking for a Recruiting Coordinator with hands-on experience using Rippling’s ATS to help us scale our team during a period of growth. This role is execution-focused and highly operational, managing candidate flow from top-of-funnel through to hire.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers across teams and with our finance team on offer approvals and comp packages. You’ll also collaborate with our third-party recruiting partner to ensure candidates move smoothly through the pipeline.
Over time, this role will expand to include supporting onboarding and off-boarding, as well as other employee lifecycle initiatives, depending on company needs. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their recruiting career who wants to grow into broader People Ops responsibilities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

The pay range for this role is:

Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle recruiting processes in Rippling ATS, ensuring smooth candidate experience.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and feedback loops.
- Partner with hiring managers to post roles, screen applicants, and move candidates through the pipeline.
- Work with finance on offer approvals and compensation packages.
- Collaborate with our third-party recruiting support team to accelerate candidate flow.
- Support onboarding and off-boarding workflows, with ownership over time.
- Assist with ad-hoc HR and People Ops projects as needed.
- Must have direct experience with Rippling ATS (minimum 1–2 years).
- 1–3 years of recruiting coordination or HR support experience.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
- Comfortable managing multiple requisitions and deadlines simultaneously.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and team-focused.
- Interest in growing into broader HR/People Ops responsibilities.
