Role Description
This is a Full time role for a Front Desk Staff member at Tivoli Lodge. The Front Desk Staff will be responsible for greeting guests, managing reservations, answering phone calls, and providing exceptional customer service. Additional tasks include handling check-ins and check-outs, updating guest information in the computer system, and assisting with any guest inquiries or concerns. This is an on-site role located in Vail, CO.
Qualifications
- Proficient in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties.
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills.
- Computer Literacy for managing reservations and guest information.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work in a team environment.
