This is a full-time, on-site position for a Retail Salesperson at TIVOL, located in Overland Park, KS. The Retail Salesperson is responsible for engaging customers to assess their needs and provide personalized assistance in selecting fine jewelry and luxury timepieces. Responsibilities include maintaining in-depth product knowledge, delivering high-quality service, achieving sales goals, and contributing to the overall store ambiance to ensure an exceptional shopping experience.
- Retail Sales and Sales experience, with a proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals
- Strong Customer Service and Communication skills to provide personalized and professional assistance to clients
- Comprehensive Product Knowledge or the ability to learn about fine jewelry and Swiss timepieces
- Ability to build lasting customer relationships and deliver an elevated shopping experience
