Key Responsibilities
- Manage imaging operations, staff, and workflows across all modalities
- Lead hiring, training, and performance management
- Oversee budgets, quality control, and patient safety
- Ensure regulatory compliance and manage audits
- Optimize imaging systems (RIS/PACS) and drive process improvements
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree
- New Mexico imaging license
- ARRT certification
- BLS (within 90 days via American Heart Association)
- Radiology leadership experience with strong operations and budgeting expertise
