We’re Hiring: Part-Time Client Relationship Manager — Miami
TIU Consulting is seeking an experienced Client Relationship Manager based in Miami to support a strategic enterprise client on a part-time basis. This is a client-facing role focused on relationship management, local client engagement, and identifying opportunities to support account growth.
Responsibilities
• Serve as TIU’s local point of contact for a strategic enterprise client in the Miami area
• Maintain regular touchpoints with client stakeholders through onsite visits and meetings as needed
• Build and strengthen trusted relationships across client business and technology teams
• Identify potential opportunities for engagement expansion and share insights with TIU leadership
• Partner with TIU’s delivery leadership to help ensure continued client satisfaction
• Represent TIU professionally in client meetings, business reviews, and occasional local events
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field
• 3–6 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, business development, or client services
• Experience working with enterprise clients in a client-facing capacity
• Exposure to Restaurant/Hospitality, Retail, Fintech, IT Services, or Technology Consulting preferred
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and executive presence
• Self-directed, professional, and comfortable operating independently

• Location: Miami, FL area
• Engagement: Part-time contract, hourly
• Time Commitment: Approximately 10–15 hours per month
• Experience: 3–6 years
• US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available
