What You’ll Do
- Jump in on all parts of the build: demolition, drywall, tile, flooring, shower installs, painting, and finish work.
- Communicate with the Operations Manager daily to keep projects on track.
- Problem-solve and adapt — every day’s a little different, and that’s what makes it fun.
- Keep things clean, organized, and efficient — we care about craftsmanship and presentation.
- Take pride in the details. You’ll learn a lot here, but you’ve got to show up curious and ready.
Who You Are
- You’ve got anywhere from zero to a few years of construction experience — or just a real passion for using your hands to build things and doing it right.
- You’re motivated, dependable, communicate, and have a good sense of humor.
- You like working with creative people and have ideas of your own.
- You can pass a basic math test (accuracy is a non-negotiable).
- You want to grow — into leadership, higher pay, and maybe even ownership down the road.
