We are looking for a person with a proven ability to assemble complex mechanical systems and sub-assemblies accurately and efficiently. Should possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a solid foundation in blueprint reading and interpretation.
Skills
Mechanical Assembly:
- Assembly of complex mechanical systems and sub-assemblies
- Blueprint and schematic reading and interpretation
- Use of various hand and power tools (wrenches, screwdrivers, drills, torque wrenches, etc.)
- Torqueing and fastening procedures
- Pneumatic and hydraulic systems assembly
- Quality control and inspection
- Following detailed work instructions and procedures
- Component identification and verification
- Inventory management and parts organization
Other Skills:
- Safety procedures and OSHA regulations
- Problem-solving and troubleshooting
- Teamwork and communication
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
