Job description
· Greet Clients upon arrival and connect them with the appropriate party
· Answer, screen and forward phone calls
· Ensure reception area and conference are tidy and presentable after each closing, with all necessary items and materials
· Assist clients with the pickup and drop-off of checks
· Receive, sort, scan and distribute daily mail/deliveries
· Scan and review seller’s closing documents delivered by FedEx, UPS and overnight courier
· Upon electronic review of documents, task appropriate party for needed corrections
· The focus of this job is to provide attention to detail in all aspects. Precise, consistent work output is essential requiring patience and a willingness to handle and complete tasks in a timely efficient manner with interruptions
· Consistent, error free work based on defined procedures and standards are key measures of job performance success
· Navigate multiple websites in order to research missing data
· Ensure staff break room is maintained, to include running of the dishwasher, restocking of supplies and turning on of the television
· Performs own work and provides assistance to others when needed

Job Qualifications

Education, Licensure, and Experience
