What You'll Do: Impactful Responsibilities
As a Client Services Associate, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless experience of our advisors and their clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Advisor Support & Relationship Management: Assist with all aspects of advisor and client support
- Operational Excellence: Execute your job at a high level:
1. Monitor daily operation reports to ensure accuracy and identify potential issues.
2. Coordinate client service activities seamlessly with advisors and custodians.
3. Maintain meticulous files and records in accordance with Titleist’s record retention policy.
4. Become proficient in executing trades and working with investment models.
- Technology & Platform Support: Provide expert support for our technology platforms, including Black Diamond, Wealthbox and financial planning services, ensuring advisors leverage our tools to their full potential.
- Problem Solving & Solutions: Actively listen to client and advisor needs, understand complex issues, and proactively follow up with detailed service and solutions on a daily basis.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with internal departments and provide overall team support, contributing to a cohesive and high-performing service culture.
- Performance Reporting: Manage performance reporting software for client accounts and TAM model portfolios.
- Data Management: Manage our Client Relationship Management (CRM) database to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information.
Hard Skills & Experience:
- Financial Acumen: At least two years of experience in the financial services industry is preferred.
- Licensing: Ability to pass the SIE exam and hold/obtain the Series 65 securities license within 120 days of employment.
- Technical Proficiency: Very proficient in Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint (skills may be tested).
- Trading Aptitude: Willingness to become proficient in executing trades.

- Client Service: A positive attitude with a genuine desire to listen to client and advisor needs, understand complex issues, and proactively deliver detailed service and solutions.
- Transparency & Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills. Ability to clearly and concisely articulate solutions and manage expectations.
- Operational Excellence & Attention to Detail: Extreme attention to detail is paramount. Strong multi-tasking and critical thinking skills with the ability to work effectively under tight deadlines.
- Collaborative Growth & Self-Starter: A self-starter with an excellent work ethic who is coachable and thrives in a team environment. Demonstrated participation and leadership in college athletics or organizations is a plus.
- Stewardship: A strong sense of responsibility and ownership in managing client accounts and supporting advisor success.
